How will you make the case to use public money to rebuild Pimlico? What about the 10 Year Agreement that all parties signed in 2013 that pledged to make capital investments in Pimlico? Why is no one holding Stronach accountable especially after the State bailed him and the racing industry out a couple of times. And why can’t you get investors like Kevin Plank, Peter Angelos and Cordish on board. They all benefit from the industry. MSA cannot do part 2 of the study without knowing from where the funding is coming. Pimlico is running out of time. 36 days in 2015. 28 days in 2016. 12 days in 2017 and counting.
