Helping people pursue a career in public service is one of my proudest accomplishments as a legislator. I’ve passed legislation that gives you a one-year scholarship if you commit to one year of public service, a grant if you take a summer job working for a non-profit organization, or a partial repayment of your academic debt if you go to work for the government or a non-profit after graduation.
